BLUE ASH, OH (FOX19) - UC Blue Ash is sponsoring an electronics recycling event at its Farmers Market on Thursday, June 28 ?from 3-6 p.m.?
Local electronics recycler 2trg will collect unwanted household electronic waste from the public for recycling.
Acceptable items include cables, CD-ROM drives, cellular phones, circuit boards, computer speakers, CPUs, CRT monitors, docking stations, DVD players, fax machines, hard drives, keyboards, laptops, LCD monitors, mainframes, mice, modems, PDAs, personal copiers, printers, processor chips, scanners, servers, speakers, tape and disc drives, telephones, televisions, terminals, and VCR players.? Appliances, light bulbs, batteries, ballasts, Freon-containing devices, floor copiers, and UC equipment will not be accepted.? A $10/item fee will be charged to recycle each CRT TV, CRT monitor, and LCD monitor.? A $20 cash fee will be charged to recycle each console TV and rear projection TV.? All other acceptable items will be recycled for free.
A convenient drive-through drop-off station will be available at the UC Blue Ash College Farmers Market at 9555 Plainfield Road, Blue Ash, OH 45236.?
No UC equipment may be recycled at this event; only personal equipment will be accepted.? There will be workers present to assist with unloading of vehicles.
